PADI RESCUE DIVER COURSE

A Rescue Diver is a very competent, self reliant diver who is able to care for others in an Emergency.
The PADI Rescue diver course provides you with vital training so you are prepared should you ever be confronted with a Rescue situation.

This course takes 2 and a half days of training, and all theory is completed online (access code required)  prior to starting your in water training.
We run these courses every day ( excluding Sundays), so you are welcome to pre-booked to start on any day.

Who can enrol on this course?
You need to be at Advanced Open Water level or above, plus you need to also have basic First Aid training such as Emergency First Responder certification.
The skills and the knowledge to carry out diver rescue are developed including accident avoidance, life saving techniques and accident management.
In total there are 6 water training sessions, all relating to self rescue or rescuing of a third party.

What's included?
Instructor, transport, use of cylinder, air and lead.
If you need to rent equipment the cost for this is €25 per day.

Theory for this course:
The theory for this course is completed online on a computer or tablet.
You will need to purchase a PADI code in order to access the online theory
The cost for an Elearning code is €125.

Additional equipment needed for this course
You will need a Pocket Rescue mask for this course.
