This family holiday apartment has a bedroom which can be set uo with 2 single beds or one large double bed, leading out on to its own small balcony. The apartment has a second larger open plan style room with an additional 2 single beds, a kitchen/living area and second small balcony.
New double glazed balcony doors (2025) fitted with mosquito nets.

This apartment has one shower/toilet room, and is fitted with air conditioning units, which can be used for cooling in the summer time or heating in the colder months.
Use of air-conditioning is an additional fee, you can purchase activation cards from our office at Maltaqua.

May to October : €140

Minimum stay of 4 nights

Cost for 4 persons with 4 sets of luggage is €55 each way

The apartment comes complete with linen and towels
Linen changes are charged at €15 per bed.
Room Cleaning is available on request against an extra fee

Government Eco- Tax
Guests over the age of 18 are required to pay a fee of Euro 0.50c per person per night.
This is a government imposed tax, payable in cash to the accommodation provider against a fiscal receipt.
