One Bedroom Apartment

This one bedroom apartment is an internal apartment with 2 windows looking out on to a common yard.
It is fitted with air conditioning units, which can be used for cooling in the summer time or heating in the colder months.
Use of AC is an additional cost and you can purchase activation cards from our office at Maltaqua.

The holiday apartment comes complete with linen, towels and crockery.
Towels are changed every other day.

We have 3 of these apartments (1C, 2C, 3C), all identical just on different floors.

Rates for this apartment per night

November to April € 50
May to October €70

Minimum stay 4 nights

Airport transfers can be arranged at a cost of Euro 40 each way.
Please let us know at least one week prior to arrival if you would like us to book this for you.
We will need your flight number and estimated time of arrival.

Government Eco- Tax
All guests over the age of 18 are required to pay a fee of Euro 0.50c per person per night.
This is a government imposed tax, payable in cash to the accommodation provider against a fiscal receipt.
