Penthouse Apartment

A very spacious top floor Penthouse apartment, perfect for a group of up to 6 persons. A lovely holiday retreat!
This apartment has a large fitted open plan style kitchen/dining ,and a comfortable living area with TV and WiFi.
The main bedroom has an en-suite shower and own private sun terrace.
This apartment has an additional 2 large bedrooms, with a large shower room directly opposite the bedrooms and a third shower room just off the living room.
Bedrooms have been refurbished in February 2025.
All 3 bedrooms can be set up with twin beds or a double as you prefer.

The dining and living room lead out onto a sun terrace with outdoor seating/dining, and a gas B-B-que, perfect for sharing a meal with friends after a day of diving.

The Sands Penthouse is fitted with new efficient and silent Air conditioning units (February 2025), which can be used for cooling in the Summer as well as heating in the colder months.
Use of air-conditioning is an additional cost, you just need to purchase activation cards from our office at Maltaqua.

Guests staying in the Penthouse have free use of a shared wet room in the basement, for rinsing and storage of your dive gear.

November to April €150 per night
May to October €210 per night

Minimum 5 night stay
Airport transfers can be arranged.
Transfer for 6 persons with standard luggage (one main luggage and I small bag each) Euro 75 each way.
If you have additional luggage or larger dive bags, we may need to send a luggage van, and can quote you for this.
Please let us have your flight number if you would like us to book this for you.

This apartment comes complete with linen and towels.
Fresh bed Linen is provided once a week for guests booked on longer stays.
Apartment towels are replaced every second day.
Cleaning services is also available on request at a cost of €55 (for wipe down of bathrooms and washing of all floors and bathrooms)

Government Eco- Tax
Guests over the age of 18 are required to pay a fee of Euro 0.50c per person per night.
This is a government imposed tax, payable in cash to the accommodation provider against a fiscal receipt.
